Step 1 is income that leaves with you.

An eight week cohort for high-earning professionals whose expertise is valuable, and whose income still belongs to one employer in one country.

Turn your existing professional skill into one clear offer, learn how to price and sell it, and make your first real offer by week four. One short Monday video. One Thursday workshop.

Justin and Amanda at Hospicio Cabañas in Guadalajara

The problem

You already know how to do work people value.

Abstract editorial illustration of a solid foundation and bridge

That is why the job pays you well.

What you may not know is how to package that work into an offer, set the price, find clients, and sell it without the company around you.

That is the problem this program solves.

Residency and location-independent income are different problems. Some residency routes consider income. Others accept savings. Remote-work routes may ask for contracts or proof that the work is genuinely portable. Approval can give you the legal right to live somewhere. It does not make your employer portable.

Amanda and I have each run location-independent businesses for fifteen years. That is not a detail in our relocation story. It is the reason the story was possible.

It is also why one of the most common questions in our inbox is not "Which visa?" or "Which city?" It is simpler than that:

How do I make money from somewhere else?

This program teaches you how to turn a skill people already pay for into an offer you can sell independently. It is Step 1, not the whole relocation plan.

Who this is for

This is built for people with expertise, not people searching for an identity.

You have a well paid job and you can see its borders.

You are an accountant, an attorney, a physician or nurse practitioner, an engineer, a developer, or an IT professional. You earn six figures. You have savings. You are not starting from nothing. You have a skill the market already values, but you have only ever sold it through an employer.

Or you already work for yourself, but the business still stops at you.

You have clients and a valuable skill. Revenue still depends on your availability. You either need a steadier way to sell the work, a cleaner way to package it, or both.

Both people already have a skill someone pays well for.

The missing pieces are practical: how to package the skill, price it, find the right prospects, run the sales conversation, and follow up.

If your skill is not one people currently pay for, this is the wrong purchase and we would rather tell you now.

Who this is not for

The best programs disqualify people before they collect the payment. Here is our part.

Do not buy this if you cannot name the skill.

This is not a start-from-nothing program. If you cannot finish the sentence "People pay me for ___," you need an earlier step.

Do not buy this if you want a business that runs without you in eight weeks.

That is a different stage. First the income has to work. Then you build the systems that make it less dependent on you.

Do not buy this for the funnel.

We deliberately do not teach funnels, complex automations, or a CRM system here. In week eight, we explain why building them now would be premature.

Do not buy this if you only want to watch.

The videos are short. The work is not. You will research a market, put a price on your expertise, make an offer, and bring the evidence into the room on Thursday.

Do not buy this if you need certainty about the outcome.

We do not offer it. We say more about that below because it belongs in the sales argument, not in small print.

Do not buy this if your assets already support the move.

You may want a business. You may not need one. If the income problem is already solved, skip this program and talk to us about the relocation itself.

The curriculum

Eight weeks. One short video on Monday. One working session on Thursday.

By the end of week four, the assignment is no longer theoretical: make the offer to a real person.

Before week 1

Start the day you enroll.

You get a welcome video and your first exercises as soon as you sign up, so you arrive with work already done. The first live call is the kickoff workshop on Thursday 24 September.

Week 1

Separate the move from the money.

Understand where location-independent income fits in the larger relocation plan. Map the full offer and sales sequence so every later decision has a place.

Week 2

Find the demand before you build the offer.

Run the surveys and interviews. Read the patterns underneath what people say. Most weak offers were weak before they were written. This week keeps yours from becoming one of them.

Week 3

Turn expertise into something people can buy.

Choose the right offer for your stage. Build the framework, assessment, and delivery materials. Use AI for structure and speed. Keep the judgment human.

Week 4

Put a price on it. Then say the price out loud.

Build a defensible price. Decide how payment works. Stop negotiating against yourself before a buyer has said a word. Then make the offer.

You make your first offer

Week 5

Engage.

Find the clients who are already closer than you think: past relationships, referrals, partners, and warm channels. Open the conversation without sending the message everyone deletes. Build a daily habit that keeps the pipeline moving.

Week 6

Educate and enroll.

Qualify before you pitch. Ask the three questions that do most of the work. Present the offer, handle the objections, and ask for the decision. Thursday is role play because sales gets easier in rehearsal before it gets easier in public.

Live role play

Week 7

Evaluate and endorse.

Build a follow-up system you can run without becoming a pest. Keep the pipeline visible. Ask existing clients and relationships to open the next door. Add the simplest useful email system: a list and a weekly send.

Week 8

What not to build yet.

Use YouTube as an evergreen business asset. Decide what AI can carry and what stays human. Then make the harder list: the funnels, tools, and systems you are deliberately not building yet.

What is included

What is included

  • Eight weeks of training, released weekly
  • Eight live workshops with Justin, one per week, Thursdays at 3pm Mexico City Time
  • Workbooks and templates for each module
  • The objection and close reference library
  • The AI prompts and structures we use to build offers and frameworks
  • Access to the cohort for the duration of the program

How the weeks actually run

Two moving parts. Each has one job.

Monday

Learn the idea.

One short, pre-recorded video. One topic. This is where the teaching lives, so it does not have to be delivered twice.

Thursday, 3pm Mexico City Time

Make it work in your business.

This is not a replay of Monday. Bring what you built. We examine it, challenge it, and rebuild what does not hold up.

The moment you sign up you get a welcome video and your first exercises, so the work starts before the cohort does rather than on day one.

Your first live call is Thursday 24 September, the kickoff workshop. Every member states their situation, their target number and their timeline out loud, in front of the room. It is a short session and it sets the terms for the eight weeks.

Information is easy to collect and easy to avoid. A room full of people asking what you did with it is harder. That is the point of the format.

Results

Justin teaching

Who is teaching this.

Justin has spent fifteen years consulting for and generating millions of dollars in revenue for dozens of companies, from self-employed operators and contractors to startups and Fortune 100 companies. He ran a six figure marketing agency, then built Entrepreneur Expat from a standing start to six figures in three months using the sales approach taught here.

Amanda has spent fifteen years in marketing, sales, and systems. She built a digital education business around products rather than billable hours and taught the commercial core of this program before it had an Expat Income name.

We both had location-independent businesses long before we moved to Mexico. That is why we could move. The income did not follow the relocation. The relocation followed the income.

What students have done with it.

Jay and Raven

replaced their six figure corporate income

Claudia

a career coach for IT professionals, went from making seven thousand a month working sixty hour weeks to her first seventeen thousand dollar week in forty five days, working half the time

Sylvia

a financial coach for small business owners, cut her list of half-finished strategies down to one and closed thirteen new high ticket clients in four weeks

Courtnie

a luxury travel consultant, runs two international businesses while travelling

These are individual histories, not forecasts. What the people above had in common was a skill the market already valued and a willingness to have uncomfortable conversations on a schedule. We can teach the sequence. We cannot manufacture either of those things for you.

The honest part

The downside belongs in the sales argument, not underneath it.

There is no assurance of a result.

We do not offer one. The outcome depends on things we do not control: the market for your skill, the quality of your work, and the number of conversations you are willing to have. Certainty would be dishonest, so we do not sell it.

Eight weeks is for building the offer and sales process.

A defined offer. A defensible price. A repeatable way to find and speak with prospective clients. That is important work. It is not the same as replacing a salary by week eight.

The videos are short. The work is not.

Research takes time. Outreach requires nerve. Follow up requires consistency. If you cannot give the program several focused hours each week, choose a later cohort.

Some of it will be uncomfortable.

You will defend your price in front of a room. You will rehearse a sales conversation before you feel ready. The discomfort is not a flaw in the format. It is evidence that the work has moved beyond theory.

This is Step 1, not the whole relocation plan.

First, build income that can travel. Next, build the systems and leverage that reduce its dependence on you. Then put capital to work. This program handles the first stage. It does not choose a residency, buy a property, structure your tax affairs, or execute the move. Those are separate decisions with separate professionals.

The Difference

Eight weeks of training, workshops, deadlines, and direct review. One cohort per quarter. Enrolment closes before week 1 because the workshops require everyone to be working through the same material at the same time.

  • Eight weeks of training, workshops, deadlines, and direct review.

There is one way in. We are not selling a cheaper version without the workshops, because the workshops are the part that changes the outcome.

You can find every individual topic in this program somewhere else. You can ask an AI how to build an offer, price a service, handle an objection, or write a follow-up. The answers may even be good.

What you will not get is sequence.

You will get forty plausible tactics, no operating order, and no one willing to tell you that thirty-seven of them are wrong for your stage.

Amanda and I have each spent fifteen years building location-independent businesses. Justin has applied the commercial side across dozens of companies, from solo operators to Fortune 100 teams. The value is not that we know more tactics. It is that we know which ones to remove.

You are paying for the sequence, the decision about what to leave out, and direct review of the work you are doing now.

You are not buying a library. If a library were the answer, the shelf of programs you have already bought would have worked.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an existing business?

No. You need a skill people already pay for. Employment counts as proof of demand. If you cannot name the skill, this is not the right program yet.

I have taken business courses before and not finished them. Why is this different?

The information is not different because it is secret. The structure is different because your work becomes visible every Thursday. You do not report what you watched. You bring what you did.

Do I have to want to move abroad?

No. The offer and sales process works anywhere. The program is framed around location-independent income because that is the problem our audience is solving. If the international piece means nothing to you, some of the context will be wasted.

Is this the same as Persuade to Profit?

No. The old program was longer, self paced, and carried platform-specific marketing that no longer belongs. We kept the sales core, removed the sprawl, added AI-assisted offer development and YouTube, and separated the teaching from the live application.

What if I cannot make a workshop?

Workshops are recorded. If you expect to miss more than two, take a later cohort. Live application is the reason to pay for this, so a member who only watches replays is buying the wrong thing.

Will you tell me which country to move to?

No. This program builds the income layer. Country, residency, property, and structure are separate advisory work.

What happens after the eight weeks?

There is a continuity option for people who want to keep the support and momentum. It is optional. The eight week program stands on its own.

[UNRESOLVED: continuity offer and price.]

Step 1 is income.

Enrolment for the September cohort closes Wednesday 23 September. If your expertise is valuable but your income still belongs to one employer or one location, this is the work in front of you.

Choose this cohort only if you can protect the time to do it properly. If not, wait for the next one.
