The thesis
Prudent people don't keep every asset in one place. Increasingly, they don't keep their entire life in one country either.
Global diversification is portfolio logic applied to geography: residency, property, business, and lifestyle, spread deliberately across more than one jurisdiction. Not fleeing — planning.
We help you build those options before you need them — the insurance you're glad to never use, and grateful to have.
What we do
One firm, three disciplines.
Philosophy
Global Diversification Strategy
Portfolio logic applied to your whole life — residency, assets, business, and lifestyle across more than one country.
Method
Strategic Relocation Planning
A sequenced plan to move well: jurisdiction selection, real timelines and costs, and the right professionals in each market.
Assets
International Real Estate Advisory
Buy and hold property abroad with eyes open — diligence, structure, and on-the-ground partners who have done it.
Who we work with
Find the path that fits where you are.
For Entrepreneurs
You built the business. Now build the options.
Structure, residency, and a base abroad without losing momentum.
For Investors
Diversify the one asset still held in a single country.
Second residency, asset protection, and real estate that earns its place.
For Families
Quality of life now, optionality for the next generation.
Healthcare value, lifestyle, and a plan-ahead for your children.

The founder
I did this myself — first.
I relocated to Mexico in November 2021 — no family connections, no inherited network, no shortcuts. I learned Spanish as an adult, built businesses from the ground up, bought land, and partnered on a 62-lot development. Entrepreneur Expat came out of the life, not the other way around.
